Overview Deathstalker (1983):
The warrior Deathstalker is tasked by an old witch lady to obtain and unite the three powers of creation - a chalice, an amulet, and a sword - lest the evil magician Munkar get them and use them for nefarious purposes. After obtaining the sword, Deathstalker joins with other travelers going to the Big Tournament to determine the strongest warrior. This is definitely a mans movie The story is weak most of the actors should go to acting school and the sword fights were too mechanical However there was a lot of action and the glue that held it all together was a lot of T A Barbie Benton was gorgeous in her skimpy outfits and other nameless young ladies seemed very proud to display their presaline era natural breasts

ReplyDeleteThe film itself is a visionary masterpiece Itll resonate for ever This Criterion release is very good however I think it deserved more Criterion used to produce really nice packaging booklets for a lot of their special releases but these days I presume because of the expense involved what consumers are willing to pay have cut back so most of their releases come in the standard
ReplyDeleteThis movie truly got under my skin Amy is terrifying and I hope Rosamund Pike got some sort of award for her acting This movie had so many twists first of all I was aware from the title of a youtube video that shes good at playing a psychopath and Ive seen her in a few films before and havent seen her play that type of character before so I knew it could be in this one
